Nice hotel with its air conditioning, tv, and reliable Wi-Fi. The friendly staff even helped me with a local food delivery service on my first stay. Highly recommend dropping by the rooftop terrace!

Nice rooftop terrace with amazing views. Room size constraints made it hard to move around.

The rooftop terrace offers amazing views, perfect for sipping a drink after a long day. I appreciated the self-service kitchen area stocked with snacks and beverages, making it easy to grab a quick bite and keep fueled during my stay.
The noise levels can be a nuisance, particularly if you're sensitive to sounds. you'll definitely hear street traffic and the general buzz of the area, especially on weekends. The thin walls amplify footsteps and conversations in the hallway, which might wake you up. I also found the absence of bottled water in the room a bit strange. considering the price, a basic amenity like that should be standard. Further, housekeeping during the stay lacked. no towel replacements or cleaning happened, which might be a hassle for some. Lastly, the lack of traditional front desk services made check-in feel awkward, and it’s unsettling that I had to rely on a convenience store for bag storage.

The Standard Double Room was cozy with a spacious bathroom, and the bed was super comfy. I loved having a fridge and microwave in there. The shower? One of the best I’ve used! Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and I didn’t have to mess with keys, which was cool. The room was clean, but the size was a bit snug. Overall, pretty solid for the price!

We had a fantastic four-night stay! The rooftop terrace with amazing views was a perfect spot for unwinding. The snacks and complimentary breakfast options in the lounge were a lovely surprise too.

The location is fantastic, right near great food spots and easy to explore. We loved the rooftop terrace for chill evenings with awesome city views. Perfect for a family adventure, especially with my three little ones in tow!
In my wife’s opinion, they could improve cleaning services for families. A midweek tidy-up would be appreciated.

Stunning views from the rooftop terrace.
My check-in experience was quite distressing. The electronic process was confusing and I never received the email form, leaving me standing outside in the dark, trying to figure everything out. I felt unsafe when an unknown man followed me into the lobby while I was trying to finalize my check-in.

Great location but somewhat lacking in quality
I appreciated the excellent location steps away from so many eateries. The self-check-in was efficient, but the furniture in the room felt cheap, which detracted from comfort. Don’t miss the rooftop area for stunning views. Aim for a room not facing the street for quieter nights!

Just an ideal choice for a weekend pause in New York with all in all brilliant value for money. The rooftop terrace was awesome, allowing us to relax with our own snacks while enjoying the skyline views. Bring your own bottled water since they don't provide any in the rooms.

The stay was decent with great accessibility to several popular attractions like the New Museum of Contemporary Art and Washington Square Park, making it easy to explore. I appreciated the friendly check-in experience, especially with Jasmine being particularly helpful. However, the noise from other guests made for a less than restful last couple of nights.
