This hotel is great for a short break and has LOVELY staff. We liked to have evening drinks at Fools Gold, based nearby. Would recommend to others.

It is undoubtedly a quiet option when in New York City. Moreover, free Wi Fi was very useful. It was just next door Pond.

We really loved Ridge from the moment we entered. The LOVELY ambience. Excellent location with a view on city. Also, Abc Playground was max 10 minutes walk to. The breakfast had good choice of options and included coffee, cakes and tea.

We can recommend this hotel. The location is ideal for a metropolis like NY and the staff is always nice and helpful. We were surprised that between 7 am and 7 pm coffee and small snacks, like muffins and muesli bars are avaliable. Furthermore, the roof terrace is to be mentioned as a very positive thing.

Didn´t like the breakfast and the breakfast room which is in the claustrophobic basement. Small room. We got wrong information about the parking place close to the hotel (we were told that hourly rates are possible but then no hourly rate possible when entering after 4pm).

Fantastic location for exploring Lower East Side and East village. Room was small but perfectly formed! Great roof top access which you can take your own food and drink up to.
Only one grumble - wardrobe space is v small so how about some wall hooks? (Instead of note not to hang things on sprinklers!!)

It's a nice modern hotel. The location is perfect for tourism in lower manhattan. Breakfast and free wifi are a plus
After a weekend of shopping the room was rather small for all the bags, boxs, etc!

The hotel was located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan near lots of bars and nightclubs. The hotel room was tiny.
-Free breakfast is from 07:30-10:30am and the hours need to be extended into brunch. -The hotel charged me a hidden $70 hospitality fee.
